With nearly 30 years in multi-unit management and strategic leadership, I’ve lived the pressures leaders face. I’ve built teams across retail, service, and corporate environments — and now I partner with organizations to develop leaders who communicate better, collaborate better, and perform better.
As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach and Human Behavior Consultant, I train teams and leaders to reduce turnover, eliminate communication breakdowns, and create cultures where people feel valued and motivated.

That’s why my husband and I founded Backwoods Trail Company — designing and building natural-surface trail systems that help cities, parks, landowners, and organizations strengthen community health, tourism, and quality of life.
